Searchbug's Commercial Opt-Out API is a secure REST API that accepts JSON payloads in a POST request. Your system sends a person’s name and known contact details, Searchbug processes the request, and your application receives structured results in JSON format for downstream handling and tracking.
The Commercial Opt-Out API is billed as an annual plan with a fixed included volume. For example, a Growth plan includes up to 60,000 requests for the year at the discounted rate. Once that annual allowance is used, additional usage can continue through a prepaid balance at the same plan rate, and the account can be replenished automatically when funds run low. If you reach the annual included volume before the end of the term, you may select a new plan at the same or a different level for continued service.
Cost ranges from $0.10 to $0.05 per request, depending on the selected plan, with the discount applied to the included annual volume.
