*Note: ACH is a payment option for our enterprise customers. Initial setup takes 2-3 business days and requires verification of small test deposits. After your bank account is verified, you will be able buy Search Tokens to run People Searches and Lookups. To use APIs, Bulk Appends and Verifications, and Investigator Services, you would need to select a Prepaid Plan and fund it with ACH transfer. In both cases, it takes 3-4 business days to complete the transaction. With Search Tokens or Prepaid Plan there will be no delays in service delivery.

    When will I get charged?

      Searchbug only charges you with your express permission. Each transaction will present a confirmation notice and you must authorize each transaction before it is completed.

    Do you offer monthly subscriptions or have membership fees that I'm unaware of?

      Absolutely not. Searchbug does not currently offer any subscriptions and there are no sign up or membership fees. You have full control over your spending. There are no hidden fees or recurring charges.
