Noah leads Searchbug’s overall direction and growth, with a focus on business operations, finance, long-term partnerships and enterprise clients. He works closely with teams across the company to guide strategy, improve services, and make sure Searchbug continues to meet the real needs of businesses that rely on trusted data.
Outside of work, Noah maintains a healthy lifestyle and enjoys walking while listening to audiobooks and podcasts, going to the gym, cooking, RV camping, riding his Harley, enjoying his 1970 Baja Bug, and scuba diving with friends whenever he can.
Andre Polakoff
Chief Technology Officer
Andre leads Searchbug’s technology and engineering efforts, overseeing the systems that power data processing, APIs, and platform reliability. He focuses on building scalable, secure infrastructure while working closely with technical and business teams to turn product ideas into dependable solutions.
Outside of work, Andre competes in international karate championships and has won multiple events, bringing the same discipline and focus to both competition and technology leadership.

He began learning on his own during university and later deepened his skills through professional chef courses, specializing in international cuisine and grilled meats. He also treasures time with his family, believing that strong personal bonds and shared growth are essential to both happiness and professional balance.

Outside of work, she prioritizes getting out and reconnecting on the weekends. Whether it’s meeting friends over a good cup of coffee or exploring neighborhood cafes. She values time spent recharging and resetting for the week ahead. She also enjoys traveling, especially to destinations with beautiful beaches.
